Simply swivel the large white cap to the right or left
A red light will come on, on the top of the charger to indicate charging. The red light will disappear when charging is complete. This should take around 10mins for the Regular & Large heat packs and 6mins for the Mini.
Do make sure that the heat pack is placed on a flat surface and that the charger is inserted fully into the charging port before charging.
If the red light on the charger does come on but the heat pack is not being charged fully, this is likely due to air bubbles trapped in the heat pack from the repeated heating of the water inside (like a kettle). Please follow the steps on our Important Info page to release the air and it should be good as new.
There will be a sound similar to a kettle boiling as the water inside the heat pack is heated up.
Our goodwill returns policy means you can return an item within 14 days of when your order was delivered. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund.

We are only able to deliver to UK addresses excluding the Channel Islands.
Standard Delivery: Free
Dispatched with Hermes or RoyalMail. Allow 3-5 days (excluding weekends). Orders require 24 hours to process. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be processed on Monday and dispatch for delivery from Tuesday onwards.
